How booking works

  1. 1. Request a time

    Choose a window within the service hours and answer a few questions about the job.

  2. 2. Benjily confirms

    Benjily confirms your time, or sends a quote first if the job needs one, and assigns a vetted technician. Nothing is due until you agree.

  3. 3. Pay as agreed

    Usually after the work is done. You confirm the job is complete, and can raise a problem if it isn't.
